WOD Teams of two, one person working at a time, complete a 20 Minute AMRAP: 200 Meter Run* 5 Burpees 10 Wall Balls 20/14 15 KBS 53/35 *One partner runs while the other completes as many reps as possible of the “work”. When the running partner returns they will pick-up where the other left off.
