Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any individual regardless of experience.


An hour long class filled with cardio, sure to make you sweat! The sweat class uses a a mix of kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and body weight movements. CrossFit 101 is not required for Sweat!

Yoga & Mobility

Mobility and Yoga in downtown Port Orchard! We’re excited to soon be offering workshops, series, and classes on mobility, breathing, therapeutic movement & yoga, and yoga for athletes.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

Our seasonal CrossFit Kids program is a fun class which emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re older or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with our team. Our CrossFit 101 classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.

Weekend Warrior

CrossFit is the perfect strength and conditioning program to keep you fit, healthy, and ready for everything the Kitsap Peninsula and Pacific Northwest has to offer! Mountain biking, running, hiking, climbing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the summer. Skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter! Even if you’re chained to a desk each day, daily CrossFit attendance has a proven track record of delivering an unparalleled level of fitness to enable you to go play outside with confidence.
