Mobility and Yoga in downtown Port Orchard! We’re excited to be offering workshops, series, and classes on mobility, breathing, therapeutic movement & yoga, and yoga for athletes. Read below for our current classes.

• Saturdays, 9 AM – Freestyle with Jayme
• Sundays, 9 AM – Active Flow with Malia

Core Yoga – During this powerful vinyasa flow class, you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. Core Yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Functional Flow

Functional Flow sequences are designed to strengthen at end range of motion for stability and mobility while experiencing the postures in new ways to keep our bodies healthy, strong and vibrant. As with a traditional Flow, this class brings together breath and movement, but calls on students to investigate the integrity of their yoga postures though exploring alignment, actively engaging key muscles and tapping into body awareness in an effort to discover possible body blind spots.
