Four Weeks Without Indoor Workouts

First off, we’d like to thank everyone who’s supported us over the past eight years, and especially the past nine months. This year has been rough, but seeing all of you at the gym and online each days makes it well worth the hard work.

Unfortunately, gyms are included in the most recent shutdown for four weeks. The good news is you can still workout. Staying on top of you health and fitness during this time will be crucial to your physical and mental well being. Plus, we don’t want to loose all those gains we’ve been making.

Online Classes & Equipment Borrowing for Members

Our online classes have been up and running for the past nine months with great success. We’ve updated the online class schedule to include many more classes. If you have yet to try one, please give it a shot. It seems weird at first, but most people who do an online class tend stick with it. You get to interact with your coaches & gym friends, and we hold you accountable. All workouts can be completed with little or no equipment, and you can always improvise with objects you can find laying around the house. For example, a back pack loaded with weighted objects works great!

We’re also available for virtual sessions outside listed class times. This is great if you have a home gym and would like technique critiques, or if you’d like help with your nutrition. Just let us know and we’ll hop on Zoom to help you out!

We will loan equipment out to our members. You can find our equipment pickup times at the bottom.

Outdoor Workouts

We’re still allowed to conduct outdoor classes. We may get creative and set-up a covered outdoor workout area in downtown Port Orchard for days the weather permits. Stay tuned for more details.
