Last week, CrossFit Headquarters announced a 3-week fun, at-home series of workouts to bring together the CrossFit affiliate community from around the world.
Registration is FREE and we encourage everyone to participate.
A workout will be posted on Friday (first one was posted April 3rd) for 3 weeks. It will involve little equipment, things you might have at home, and will include a home version that requires no formal equipment. This is a great opportunity to include those in your household that are curious about CrossFit but have never tried it or used much equipment.
You have three weeks to complete the workouts. So if you missed the first one, there’s still time to register and catch-up.
We will be completing each workout together on Mondays, during our online classes!
