Free Intro Class
No stress, no commitment. Schedule a Free Intro Class! This class is great for beginners. We’ll teach you foundational movements and come up with a plan to get you into our main group classes! After this class you can sign-up for a CrossFit 101 beginner course or jump into our main classes. If our times don’t work with your schedule, let us know and we’ll get you in the gym.

CrossFit 101
This option great for both beginners and those who are interested in getting back into CrossFit after some time off. Our 101 class meets three days over the course of a week, and each class is an hour long. The 101 class is included in your first month’s membership payment, and you can try the first session free before you commit. Our next course will be announced soon. If you your interested, shoot us a message with your best availability.
