STEP 1: NEW TO CROSSFIT?

CrossFit 101
No stress, no commitment. Schedule a Free Intro Class! Then, sign-up for our CrossFit 101 course to get started! We start new members in our CrossFit 101 course! Learn the basics in this introductory 2-Week course. Our 101 Class is held MON/WED/THUR. Our next CrossFit 101 course begins Monday, February 17th, at 10:30 am or 5:30 PM. Once you have completed the course you are free to join into any CrossFit class on our schedule.
1-on-1 personal training
If the 101 class times don’t work for you, try our personal training sessions. We require 3 sessions prior to joining the group classes, and these can be done at whatever days/times fit your schedule.
